Bootstrapped Ventures is based in Belgium, but support is offered from all around the world, every single day of the week. Weekends included.

Owner Support

There are no support tiers you need to get through with your difficult questions. In fact, the majority of tickets are handled by the owner and developer of the plugins.

Timely Support

We don’t have specific business hours and handle all support as soon as possible. We have an average first response time of less than 3 hours, and often much quicker!
